Guided Workflow — 7 Sections

Work through the seven planning sections. Open or close any section whenever you want, and use Confirm Reviewed only after you have actually checked that section.

1 Team Setup Soccer · Team details

2 Roster 18 field players · 2 goalkeepers

3 Choose Starting Package Not chosen yet

5 Goalkeeper Garments 2 goalkeepers · calculating…

6 Spares & Team Extras calculating…

Spares stay separate from player-issued quantities. This lets you plan a practical reserve without hiding extra inventory inside each player package.

Planning Guidance — These Numbers Are Not Final Yet

The suggestions below are based on your current roster and the garments in your package. Later stages may give you a reason to adjust them.

Stage 4 — Sizing & Fit: determines which spare sizes will cover your actual roster best.
Stage 5 — Budgeting: shows whether your planned reserve fits the available budget.
Stage 6 — Supplier & Ordering: may reveal minimum orders, volume pricing, reorder restrictions or long replacement lead times.

You will be prompted to review the spare plan again before ordering.

Choose a Reserve Approach How much backup inventory do you want to plan for?

How Easy Will Replacements Be Later?

If you are not sure yet, leave this at Unsure. Supplier information in Stage 6 can refine the recommendation later.

Review the Suggested Starting Reserve We combine your roster, package, reserve approach and replacement difficulty.

Recommended Starting Point

Calculated from your current roster and selected garments.

Review & Adjust the Details These are your working quantities. Change any number that does not fit your team.

Why these quantities?

Field-player spare suggestions use the size of your field-player roster and the reserve approach you selected. Frequently replaced items such as socks receive a slightly larger buffer. Goalkeeper items use a small fixed reserve because percentage calculations are less useful for a two- or three-player specialized role.

Important: Stage 1 recommends how many spares to plan. Stage 4 determines the most useful sizes from your team’s actual size distribution.

Later-stage review: Sizing, budget and supplier rules may change this recommendation before the order becomes Order Ready.

✓ Quantity Plan Confirmed

Your quantity plan has been reviewed and confirmed. You can still edit it, but any package or quantity change will return the plan to Changes Need Review.

What would you like to work on next?

Your confirmed quantities will eventually be reused by later planning tools so you do not have to enter the same information again.

Buying Opportunity Signals

Supplier quantity thresholds and possible volume discounts will be checked against this plan during budgeting and supplier comparison. No supplier discount is assumed at Stage 1.
